The interior design project for this apartment in Cantù, Como District originated from a detailed preliminary space analysis carried out during the civil design phase in collaboration with the construction company. The redefinition of the layout transformed the original one-bedroom apartment into a more functional and comfortable home, featuring a new internal distribution and two bathrooms. The project was carefully followed through all stages, from spatial definition to final execution, adopting an integrated approach between architectural planning and interior design. The new internal layout was designed to optimize circulation, improve livability, and respond to the client’s needs while maintaining a coherent and contemporary language.
The intervention includes the design of an island kitchen, conceived as the functional and social core of the home, the selection of elegant and contemporary materials, and the development of bespoke furnishings. Each design decision was shared with the client, with the aim of creating a harmonious, functional environment refined down to the smallest detail.
