The project concept approaches residential architecture as an open and immersive system, designed to create a continuous relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. The volumes are arranged according to a measured strategy that follows the natural slope of the site, reducing visual impact and ensuring a discreet presence within the landscape.
The composition is developed across multiple levels, integrating service and technical areas on the lower portion while the main living spaces open outward through large glazed surfaces and views towards the greenery. The units, differentiated in size and layout, were designed with potentially flexible floor plans, allowing for adaptation according to different living requirements.
The design research was driven by the ambition to achieve the highest contemporary standards: aesthetic quality, comfort, and functionality are combined with sustainability-oriented choices. The use of eco-sustainable, low-impact materials—together with high-performance construction solutions—ensures excellent insulation and top-level thermal performance, enhancing energy efficiency and overall living quality. The result is a contemporary residential development immersed in nature, conceived to deliver an advanced and long-lasting living experience.
