The project is developed as a compact and coherent residential intervention, designed to provide privacy, livability, and functionality through a clear spatial organization. The presence of four housing units—including a duplex—allows for a diversified layout strategy, capable of responding to different living needs and typologies.
The building envelope definition and material choices were guided by a sustainability- and efficiency-driven approach. The use of low-impact materials, combined with high-performance construction solutions, improves insulation and reduces energy consumption, enhancing the overall quality of living.
The intervention aims to meet the highest contemporary standards not only in terms of aesthetics, but also in terms of thermal performance and indoor comfort, through careful control of natural light, proportions, and functional planning. The result is a residential complex conceived to endure over time, where architecture and sustainability merge into a balanced and responsible vision.
